We want you to be fully satisfied with your Jason Aldean Official Store purchase; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and final sale accessories are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your reason for return and download the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by the portal.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
